    • Great views of the downs, in fact the breakfast was the best I have had in a hotel for a long time and the member of staff on reception was very welcoming and helpful.
    • Nice garden I didn't go into as was raining.
    • Bathroom were both spotless and i had an excellent breakfast ouitside viewing the lovely gardens.

        The bar and dining areas downstairs and communal areas are all spacious and well presented, an enjoyable stay at a very good hotel in a handy location just off the main street, staff were helpful, and the common parts are attractive.
