Excellent European atmosphere, best Staff and lovely employees.
The staff is wonderful, the rooms are beautiful an clean thanks again for service and the ice machine didn't work either.
The price on the hotel was not bad, darlene in the front desk were especially helpful and the room was quiet.

And our view was a homeless shelter just across the street, pretty much the only thing I liked about the hotel was the front desk people and the location, the staff at the Pelham was superb.
