The room was very big, exceptionally comfortable bed. This hotel had a central position in a quite area.

The food selection at breakfast was marvelous and great! There were a fridge, coffee/tea makers, and a work desk in the room, enjoyed that.

The location was particularly good and unbeatable, close to Gutleutkaserne.

Impeccably clean, nice value hotel, its location was comfortable and decent and just off the Central Station and the riviera and ethnic, affordable restaurants, many of which open till late. The breakfast offered was very very good especially with fresh bread.

We were really impressed by this hotel. The location was perfect for us, being close to both the main station and the city center. We also appreciated the wide range of services on offer here. From car hire to laundry, everything was taken care of. The room amenities were also fantastic, with an electric kettle, mini-bar, and even soundproofed rooms for a good night's sleep. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and we loved the little touches like the welcome drink on arrival.

We would definitely recommend this place to friends.

The only smal comlaint I have is that on teh second day my bath towels were taken but not changed.

Location is in a dead area of the city at night despite being just 12 minutes walk from the station. I assumed it was safe. The hotel is on a very busy road so traffic noise is a major problem for rooms at the front of the hotel. I was on the 6th floor and was still woken by traffic at night. Although room was clean, I arrived to find a dirty cloth and a half full bottle of Coca Cola in my bathroom. The cloth reappeared the second day but was left on the carpet. Lack of attention to detail with housekeeping seems to be common in hotels these days.

Would love to come back for short stay, appreciated this place. All good, everything you need for the business trip. All of the hotel's staff are pleasant and very pleasant.
