Our rooms were newly decorated and extremely spacious here with "antique" furniture, unexpectedly chic bathroom, comfortable beds. The staff there were accommodating and incredible.

Tbh, had a such wonderful stay for a business trip. It had great and convenient location with access to Audium nearby. The hotel was in a pretty quiet area, very close to Pacific Heights and all the fun San Francisco offers.

Beautifully designed room with luxurious bathroom and down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. Great service, parking on-site. By the way, parking fee - usd 65 per day. Location just next door to landmarks, parks, shops and theatres and the main tourist attractions.

The hotel was fairly clean and had immensely pleasant staff from Brian to the excellent housekeepers. Got the same suite booked online with high end furnishings, unexpectedly chic bathroom, the included continental breakfast. A shower, a hairdryer and bath robes were very handy.
