  There was plenty of toilet paper and it was replenished every day! We liked the neighborhood - many interesting shops and tasty restaurants. If you're interested in spending a lot of time inside your room, perhaps you should find something "roomier.

  The hotel is indeed clean, the rooms are small, the staff are friendly, and the location is convenient. Being a NYC guy, I loved the area because it is quiet, yet convenient to the subway station.

  The location was terrific (little hard to find the first time), but the hotel itself is unimpressive.

  I ran out of toilet paper and since she couldn't even give me any, I just asked for tissues.

  The staff was very friendly and the hotel rooms were very clean. The rooms were a bit small, but definitely a bargain for what you were getting. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and it has a great location too!

  We stayed at this hotel in October and while the location was fine, the hotel itself left much to be desired. I would also recommend having very clear instructions for locating the hotel if you travel by taxi, our driver did not know where it was located, although he did a great job of finding it, it would’ve gone smoother if we had pretty clear instructions.

  Most of the staff simply ignored us and when we did interact, we were left wondering if our request was going to be handled. The room was small and while we expected that, we did not anticipate having to move our bed to open the door. The room itself reeked of smoke and when opened the bathroom door, the room then smelled like the sewer. The bathroom seemed clean, which made the smell even more confusing and suspect, but the toilet seat was cracked and the stopper for the tub was touch and go.

  There are also several outstanding restaurants in the area, especially Une something Familie, the next block over. I think they served our best meal in Paris, and it was very reasonable as well.

  The rooms are small, but I think all 3 star rooms are small. Our rooms weren't air conditioned, but that wasn't a problem the end of September. Our room also had a fan which was a real plus because it did get noisey at night.

  It was very clean, it came with a mini bar and TV, plus the maid cleaned the room. A value for money hotel in an otherwise expensive city!

  We stayed here for just two nights but found the staff friendly and the room welcoming, everything we needed for a romantic weekend away. The room was small, but so is every room in Paris according to our Lonely Planet guide!

  Great Location

  Its location is good (a quiet back street) and only 2mins walk from the nearest metro. We wouldn't recommend paying the extra for breakfast as the breakfast room is in the basement and the pasteries tasted like shop bought ones from Tescos- very dissappointing when you're expecting a fresh continental breakfast! Overall the hotel was reasonable for the price (compared to others).

  Staff are welcoming and the hotel is generally clean and kept to a good standard. A warning for the summer time- the room didn't have air conditioning so was uncomfortable at night in June temperatures.

  9 each and pretty basic but there is lots of delicious food all around the area though lots of cafes & shops and the Villiers Metro station near by. All in all excellent value (although rooms are small, but I think that's just Paris) and the location is a big plus.
