The location is excellent, close to the cultural life of Lamai beach and the welcome fruits basket are full of nice Thai fruits.

20 minutes and compare, the pool is not bad looks in the pictures much better though , staff are very friendly , hotel is clean , so mainly the best thing about this hotel is the location , you don't need taxis or to rent a bike here.

We stayed there in April 08 and I would recommend it if you are looking for a good hotel off the noisy Chaweng beach but still with a great location.

Beach water is clear and warm, location is great in the centre of Lamai within short walking distannce to shopping.

My package had the transfer included and the driver was waiting for us at the airport.

唯一想抱怨的是酒店的空调系统，噪音太大，有些房间声音惊人，这一点还是要在入住之前检查好的，很多顾客的抱怨都是这个，我想酒店也该好好考虑这个问题了.

唯一的希望是酒店的空调系统真的需要更换了，噪音是妨碍这一切美景的最大瑕疵.

水果种类不多，2-3种，有点小遗憾.

酒店当天入住还可以赠送一个15分钟的免费按摩，但不推荐去spavalion去做massage，因为我试过了，真的没有惊喜，还是推荐去更有trained staff的地方按摩，价格也没有优势，与街边小店的massage相比就是硬件环境的条件好些，手法上面没有可圈可点的地方.

早餐厅很美，清晨阳光和海滩就在你的桌边，让人只是坐下来就很满足了.

早餐亭迎海而设，真是别有风味，还配有美式早餐供你多种选择，但不太适合中国人的口味，适合东方人的粥有一种，但很快就会被大家抢光的.

Hotel is fantastic, the pool is also very nice, right near it is a bar overlooking the beach and small restaurant (or maybe yo`d say a bigger bar called "scenic corner").

On the beach are very comfortable Hotel staff are very attentive, nice shower head in room and restaurant - there is a lovely breakfast choice.

The restaurant and breakfasts were wonderful and it was a great setting at night with the flame torches going.

The service really was wonderful and the staff were always greeted you with a smile - not a forced one.

I questioned the style of room and was told I had to go back and speak with the front desk staff.

The rooms were the ones to the left of reception as you walked down to the pool - ie they weren't the Spa rooms or the individual bungalows.

We stayed at the rooms (ground floor) with the small outdoor water pool/jacuzzi.

For the price we paid expected more and the lobby was huge.

Hotel is clean and the rooms in the big building are nice.

The "courtyard" was indeed no more than that of a small yard, with the spa bath to the side which I would not get into as it did not look clean.
