It was not crowded with people. :-) In the beginning of May it was nearly empty. :-)

Location is not so good. This hotel is far from Walking street and you need to pay about 7 USD to get to there.

hi everyone, the hotel is good, but needs few improvement. As no air conditioning in lobby it seems hot and hummid, although rooms are ok clean and equipped with A/C, TV and clean bathroom. Breakfast is nice and tasty, price moreorless reasonable.

the worst hotel ever!!!!! The front desk doest speak English at all and knows nothing about Pattaya. Worst service, worst breakfast. The environment and facilities are worse. It seems like someone invested this hotel then sold it to some random guy. It s even worse than hostel!

Cleanliness and quiet location which suited our lifestyle and gym. Swimming pool was quite good.

Lack of ambience, poor quality bath towels, had to purchase our own toilet paper as it was embarrassing to always have to ask staff.

The manager at least try to explain why things did not work properly.

The hotel is located a bit off for easy acess to taxi etc.it's hugely over priced for what it is. The breakfast needs to be improved and wi fi, room phone and cable tv wasn't working as was promised on the web. I moved out after 2 nights. And had a lovely experience at another hotel.

Good hotel, No problems very helpful staff Good restaurant and rooftop pool, you can order food at the pool 5 different breakfasts and 4 thai options 24 hour reception and guestfriendly.

Excellent hotel - looks new, has all amenities, very convenient location... Will definitely stay again..

Proximity to the main entertainment area, helpful staff makes it a pleasant stay.

Excellent hotel, delivers exactly what is expected. About 2 min walk to 2nd street and 10 min walk to walking street with a free shuttle that brings you close to Walking street. Good pool at the roof.

All was fine. The stuff was not very smiling at all times but i guess that is because of the types of guests this hotel accommodates :-) so i justify them on that.

The hotel location is close to everything. The staff at the desk were very helpful. The breakfast was great as well as the internet connection.

Maybe if they had a bar even though there are plenty of locations to get a cold one very near the hotel

The location is good and its a budget friendly hotel. The staff were friendly and approachable, breakfast was good.

The rooms are very ordinary and the hotel looks to be quite old. I guess they are constructing a new hotel building which might be much better.

Location was perfect and the staff were good especially the cleaning staff who were super efficient and friendly.

- Smelly Room - Like Motel as saw few prostitutes around - Old Style Hotel - Breakfast options is limited (no buffet style)
