We both thoroughly enjoyed it, the place is nice and convenient and suited us fine.

I have just returned from a relaxing stay in this affordable hotel, large rooms. The staff are consistently courteous and deserve a 3-star rating. The setting is favourable and magnificent, near the center of the Alabang area, the shops and the restaurants and the nearest malls within the city.

We had a very relaxing stay in a long time. The hotel was exceptionally comfortable, enjoyed city view from our executive room. The staff were amazingly nice, always pleasant. The service was top-notch with parking outside.

The location is best possible and nice, a 10-15 minute walking distance from X-Site. The stuff are so efficient and professional and I truly enjoyed their attitude. The room is reasonably priced.

Family-friendly hotel with respectful staff with the F&B manager. The most important - excellent location free to the nearby shopping centre. Based right by the shops and the restaurants, the Philippines and Festival mall. Clean pool, parking outside. The easy check-in process too.

Everything was simply great. This was a really nice stay of 7 nights. Location: the hotel was adjacent to Near to the malls — Commerce Center, and the establishment where the whole family can go to. Moreover, it was within a close distance from Alabang Town Center...

The staff was accommodating, especially Ms. Monique and Ms. Canela. The location is convenient for those staying in the south. The doormen were helpful with heavy loads and shuttle services were available.

Going up to Level 2 parking too steep. Too narrow passageway. Caused damage/scratch to my car due to curb at the bottom of the wall. Was not warned by the security guard about it though he was just a few feet away.

Our room was generally clean and had a LOVELY view, thoroughly enjoyed it. Location: the hotel was short walk to the nearest malls in the area and downtown area and church. Tried some takeout specials at Jollibee, luckily it was just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.

Affordable hotel with very nice staff and awesome views of Laguna bay. Incredible location in a great area close enough to the shops and the restaurants, the malls — Commerce Center, Festival Mall and Alabang Town, and Commercial Center. For tea or coffee visit Jamba Juice nearby.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with modern facilities. The staff was approachable and helpful. The location was very close to the mall, and in the center of the Alabang area.

It's tough to say what I liked best about Parque Espana, so many factors contributed to making them an excellent hotel. The room was the same price as a 2 (maybe 3) star hotel, but was a fully furnished, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment! The staff was absolutely excellent, exceedingly helpful, overwhelmingly nice and often went out of their way to accommodate our needs and requests.

The only thing we had an issue with was the one time we ordered room service. We called the front desk to place our order and someone neglected to pass it along properly to the kitchen staff and it took quite a while to get our food. However, when it arrived, it was delicious and the price was a total bargain.

Transport included within the vicinity, customer service, facilities and value for money.

The hotel's location near shops and restaurants in a busy metro makes it convenient for guests to explore the area. The staff is friendly and provides good service, ensuring a pleasant stay. Basic amenities are available, and the regular two-bedroom suite even includes breakfast, making it a great deal.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory.
