Recently renovated room with nice size bathroom and exceptionally comfortable beds. Location adjacent to other facilities and the Funk Zone.

Incredibly beautiful hotel in a lovely area very close to the park and "Hendry's " beach and State Street. Reasonably spacious and spotless room with comfortable beds as expected.

The hotel was clean, with comfortable room decor. We loved the convenient parking right in front of the hotel, without any charge. The location was great, within walking distance to the restaurants and close to the beach.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Liked Parkside Inn for a variety of reasons: it was well priced for the features and benefits of the Hyatt next door offered. Room was spotless and staff was friendly.

We had a fantastic stay! The beds were surprisingly comfortable. The hotel facilities were great, especially the pool area. It was not a quiet or dignified affair, but a hilarious combination of cannonballing kids and tipsy adults. The location was perfect, right across the street from the beach. We loved being able to enter the pool area from the street after spending a few hours on the sand. The staff, especially the bartender at the pool, were super friendly. Parking was easy and we didn't have to negotiate valet services.

Staying at the Parkside, which is run by the Hyatt, you can use all the amenities at the Hyatt which is just a short walk away. Clean, comfortable, elevator to the floors. Quite. We were there for a wedding and did not got to enjoy the area as we would have liked to. Would stay there again if we go back to Santa Barbara.

We would have liked to sit outside on the patio but the patio and chairs were dirty. The front gate is locked so if you forgot your key you have to wake up your other guests to let you in. No front desk at the Parkside Inn. Bathroom was small if you need to get dressed in there. No fault of the Parkside or Hyatt. It was the way it was built.

This was a clean and wonderful hotel. The room was reasonably large and air conditioned in general, with comfortable beds.

Stunningly beautiful and comfortable hotel located in a lovely area so close to cottage hospital and the lovely Botanical Gardens and the beautiful Old Mission Santa Barbara. The new-fashioned and spotless room with comfortable beds.

I had a great stay at this hotel. Firstly, the location was perfect - just a short walk across the street to the beautiful ocean. It was so convenient to have the beach right there. Secondly, the staff were excellent. They were friendly and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and clean. The beds were especially cozy, allowing for a good night's sleep. I was very impressed with the value for money and the attention to detail at this hotel.

No elevator available, but everything else was perfect.

First let me say from the "Outstanding" hospitality from the valet to Mr Jordan who I suggest, give that guy a well deserved promotion to the cleaning lady's quality and care of the rooms this place deserves a 10. Ok 9.5 I was disappointed in the restaurant hosting and quality of food. Let the girl in the evening know a lot of people need jobs right now. If you don't want to be there let someone else.

I didn't like having to go... But I will be back!

Operated by Hyatt, this Inn is all the good stuff about Hyatt ( furnishings, toiletries, gym, facilities, room service) only off site, just around the corner. Free wifi, free parking and large rooms. Great!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The food at the café was good. The location was close to the beach and restaurants. The room was clean. Parking was easy.
