Location is good for me and convenient 10 minute ride to CBD. Staff very helpful and the hotel is well placed, the entry lobby is spacious, famous Bugis is very nearby. Internet is a bit slow.

Laundry service wake you up morning 10am, the food really, really didnt meet the standard of parkroyal and pool is closed for renovation.

Location and helpful concierge staff, taxis were always available at the entrance was handy, hotel lobby has got really nice fragrance of orchid. Room and food was good, breakfast was hot, plus the swimming pool was being renovated.

Good location, i loved the Arab quarter just accross the road and the rypical malay restaurants, bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Price is quite ok as well and staff are friendly and approachable. Rooms are sufficiently spacious, breakfast could have some more sweet foods.

Great location helpful staff good size rooms good fitness room clean and comfortable, this hotel is near to Arab district, we can find plenty moslem foods easily, more TV channels e_g_ Sports, News, neighbouring tv channels would be nice. Toilet facilities are well maintained.
