  We stayed 4 nights in a Deluxe room and we paid 80 € per nights including breakfast. Our room was very clean and it was really spacious, with 2 bathrooms (! Nowadays decoration shows old and the maintenance seems to be difficult but it has a special feeling. Breakfast is served in the Grand Ballroom, which is fantastic. Hotel has more than 400 rooms and is full with tourist groups.

Hotel has more than 400 rooms and is full with tourist groups. There is also a large and safe underground parking for your car which costs about 15 € per day.

  There are some amazing deals on the net for the same price as some awful central vienna hotels. The pool is really nice and the breakfast buffet is great - you get viennese cakes and everything! Although its not central the location is actually really nice - the parks of the schonbrun palace across the road are so lovely and you can explore them for free. In addition, there's a great beerhall/restaurant round the corner serving huge portions of ribs and schnitzel for bargain basement prices.

  The location of the hotel is very nice that just by sitting in the lounge you can have a beautiful view of the palace Schoenbrunn. Also, U-Bahn connections are very good to go to the city centre. The staff of the hotel is also coorporative.

  I never left my camera or expensive items in the room so I didn't have any problem with theft! The great benifit of this hotel is free internet access from the computer at the front desk and good food. It it less than 5 min walk to the metro station which will get you to the city center in 15 min.

  The staff was very professional and courteous. Our room was very clean and cleaned thoroughly daily. It is only a 10-15 minute subway ride to the city center and museums. The public transportation is excellent and the subway trams arrive usually every five minutes.

  Rooms were probably last renovated during the 80s but they are clean. However there is a nice small pool that can chill you out a bit. The staff is friendly but not always efficient, especially when the hotel is fully booked (the case when i was there).

  Internet connection is only available to some rooms. I was visiting for business and my firm paid 160 euro for a single room which is ridiculessly expensive for this hotel.

  It was great that the hotel was only a few mins walk to the underground, so made getting around quite easy. The breakfast was a great spread as well - a feast for a king! Friendly Staff & Loved the Old World Charm.

  Even though the room was basic, it suited my needs - the room was also in the older part of the hotel. The staff were always willing to help, and the barman was a real gentleman as well!

  Dopo aver letto alcune delle altre recensioni ero un po' ansiosa del mio soggiorno. Invece sono felice di dire che è stata un'esperienza fantastica. Nonostante la camera fosse essenziale, era soddisfacente - la camera era nella parte vecchia dell'albergo. Il personale era sempre disponibile, il barman è stato un vero gentiluomo. È stato bene che l'albergo fosse a pochi minuti a piedi dalla metropolitana, cosa che agevolava molto gli spostamenti. La colazione era abbondante - un autentico banchetto! Ci tornerei sicuramente!

  Do not be fooled by cheap deals, partial updating and the swanky reception area. The hotel has a courtyard area with poorly glazed rooms overlooking it. 30, being in a noisy room and effectively overlooking a delivery depot, you'll love this. We did not, nor did we like having to go to a different floor to have a shower, nor did we like staying in a room which hadn't been updated since the 70s.
