I had the deluxe room which was nicely updated and huge with a mountain view. The location was very central, short walk to a quiet area with good parking & amazing views of the mountains.

We got exceptionally comfortable deluxe twin room with mountain view and balcony as an upgrade, nice gesture. The breakfast was exceptional and there were a great selection of options. The location was brilliant - close to the “ First Grindelwald ”, Jungfraujoch, and the gondola to First.

Wonderful place with MAGNIFICENT views of the mountain. Modern, huge room with a functional bathroom and a shower, a hairdryer, and robes.

Wonderful experience there. The hotel was perfect with responsible staff and a stunning location to the train station upon check out. Bountiful and exceptional breakfast with good choice of options to choose from. Location very close to the ski lift, restaurant and impressive grindelwald.

Lovely, comfortable place, very friendly and efficient staff, excellent restaurant (we ate there every night!). Great hot tub with views of the Eiger, and nice swimming pool.

The first room we were put in was one of the smallest in the hotel (we got to see quite a few of the others subsequently), and as such was quite poor value for money. This hotel like most in the area is pretty expensive! We moved to another room the second night, which was much nicer, so we we happy in the end.

The hotel is nicely located, and the staffs are courteous and friendly. If we have chance to visit Grindelwald again, we definitely choose to stay here/

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel near the majestic Alps-glacier. The hotel staff provided a warm welcome and were always helpful throughout my stay. I was impressed by the recently renovated facilities, especially the delightful terrace where I could enjoy breathtaking views of the Alps-glaciers. The pool and jacuzzi were also in great condition, offering a relaxing experience. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, conveniently situated near the cable car to First, allowing easy access to the stunning surroundings.

Nothing to complain about – everything was satisfactory.
