The hotel has an exclusive location on the shore of Lake Wörth, making it a great place for a relaxing getaway. The restaurant offers a variety of excellent wines and delicious meals. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The cost of eating at the hotel was a bit expensive, but luckily there are other options in the area.

Loved the location. Hotel comfortable, good breakfast. Found supper very expensive, not value for money.

The only negative is that our room didn't have airconditioning and there was a festival on at the lake on the side of the hotel on which our room was situated. The noise from the music and fireworks was deafening we could therefore not have our door open for fresh air until 1am in the morning. However the beauty of the place made up for this and the noise was no fault of the hotel.

Set on a beautiful private beach with stunning views of the lake, this hotel is a perfect location for a relaxing holiday. The spacious, modern rooms with balconies overlooking the lake are wonderful. The breakfast buffet is amazing, and the staff is friendly and helpful. the hotel provides free bikes to explore the nearby area, as well as a lovely pool and beach area for guests to enjoy.

Some parts of the property, such as the tennis courts, are not well-maintained, and could use some attention.

Everything. From the reception to room to kitchen to surrounding. It is a awesome place to visit. I will visit again with family.

The hotel was booked due to business in Klagenfurt. Initially the the hotel food was very good, however, the hotel was closing on the 9th January, from the 3rd January the choice of food became less and poor.

I recently stayed at Parkhotel Portschach for a week-long vacation. The location of the hotel is absolutely breathtaking, with beautiful views of the lake from every room. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable, providing impeccable service from the bellboys to the beach and restaurant staff. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, and the hotel's wellness zone with swimming pool and saunas was a great bonus. The breakfast spread was the best I've ever seen, and the evening meals were also delicious. I can't wait to return to this hotel!

Standar Rooms don't have air condition!! And the style of standard rooms is very old..... Watch out!!

The friendlyness of the staff, the excellent food and buffets, the comfortable lakeside private strand.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, with stunning lake views from the balcony and restaurant. The staff is efficient and polite, and the breakfast is excellent. The swimming pool opens early for morning swimmers. The rooms are comfortable and the hotel has plenty of space for guests to not feel crowded.

Everything was fantastic.

Proximity to werzer tennis courts, beautiful landscaping, and beautiful lake setting.

Inaccessability of tennis courts. First they were not maintained after the rains (other courts in the area were fine). Then once the rain stopped, the entire weekend the tennis courts were booked from 9 am to 2 pm by a group. People who were staying at the hotel for the Austrian Championships at Werzer, were unable to practice at the hotel.

Nice location, right in the middle of the city and yet discreet enough. Amazing views from the rooms from the 6th floor refurbished rooms.Peaceful location - good for gamilies

had a fantastic stay at a beautiful hotel in Portschach am Woerthersee. The park and rooms were clean and comfortable. The free kayaks and bikes were a hit with the kids. The staff were friendly and helpful. exceeded expectations!

Missing a more affordable dinner option.

We stayed at the hotel for second year in row. Location of the hotel is one of the most beautiful you can find anywhere in continental Europe.

Staff at the restaurant was a little bit confused. Hotel is ideal for mature couples, still needs some modernization, there is no WiFi in the rooms, for example.

Location, views and great superior room

Nothing - but would have been different if I hadn't had a superior room and been on the wrong side of the hotel!
