Fairly clean property with extremely friendly staff with a young receptionist. Plenty of appetising options for meal. Location - particularly good and stunning, just off an an establishment that were maybe apartments before and a lovely garden. Again, walking distance to a port operating company.

Beds were too soft.

My favourite property in Ghent. Modern property, has exceptionally helpful stuff during check-out. Breakfast with yogurt and cheeses, as example.

Our room was not only brand-new, but also modern with good shower and a comfortable bed plus the garden. The staff were excellant and affable all of the time. The service was friendly, including an easy check-in. The location was decent directly on to the canal. Moreover, it was near the beautiful historic centre of Ghent and the interesting old town.

Well, it was a really great stay for one night. The location was marvellous and super, next to the restaurant, it's a plus.

I booked a single room with central heating, flat-screen television and a writing desk. The breakfast was satisfactory, the check in was efficient. The location was great and super, close to Protestant Church.

This hotel is a great find, with comfortable rooms that have high ceilings and doors leading directly to a lovely garden. Located in a slightly quieter area, it offers good value for money and includes breakfast. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the hotel is still close enough to the bustling main squares and amenities.

Everything was fine, no improvements needed.

The room was very clean having recently bean decorated. The location was a reasonable walk to the centre of gent but also being a tranquil location set back from the road and shielded from any traffic noise. The manager of the hotel made you feel welcome. This was a good place to stay.

The hotel is in the process of being renovated and there was no banister on the stairsm. I thought that this was not acceptable with regards to health and safety.

Well located, though not right in the main tourist area. Good sized room.

A little hard to find as hidden behind a restaurant under the same ownership. Public parking is a little walk away but is a secure underground one. Would be good to have free wifi included in the price. The room was finished but the stair area is under development.

It was stylish, brand-new and with good bed. The location was convenient and decent for walking around Saint Anne's Church.

Lovely courtyard, spacious rooms, clean bathroom, good parking deal, nice continental breakfast, helpful reception.

Walking distance,tram ride from city. Very quiet. Good continental breakfast. Several places nearbye for evening meals.

The staff there were extremely courteous and helpful. The breakfast was also excellent. The hotel is out of town but bus stop was a short walk from hotel. In short I would really recommend this hotel, it's really good value for money, staff are great and the room was very clean.

The hotel location was absolutely perfect and stunning to all the monuments.
