The value for money at this hotel was excellent and the room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The location was perfect, with the thermal pools just a short walk away. The staff treated us like VIPs, providing exceptional service and making us feel at home throughout our stay.

The breakfast selection could be improved by ensuring that the buffet is fully stocked during busy hours.

Staff and views made the stay nice! Plus, it had private parking.

The stuff was loyal, and the restaurant was GOOD. For lunch or dinner go to Markgrafler Winzerstuben, located minutes away from the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was smaller than it seemed in pictures, but it was still perfect for walking and exploring the nearby cassiopea therme. We enjoyed taking a short walk into town to visit the Castle ruins, shops, and restaurants. The spa area was really nice, with mineral waters that were incredibly relaxing. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The hotel was awesome! It was comfortable and had really great amenities. The breakfast spread was amazing with such a variety of food options to choose from. I really enjoyed the central location of the hotel which made it easy for me to get around during my business trip. The hotel was only a short drive away from many of the key locations that I needed to visit. Another thing that I absolutely loved about this hotel was the very attentive and friendly staff!

Although the hotel was great, there were just a couple of minor issues. The room could have had more international TV channels, as not everyone understands the local language.

I got great value for my money at Park Hotel & Spa Katharina. The room was comfortable and the hotel had a peaceful location with lovely surroundings. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

We recently spent a romantic weekend at a lovely hotel with breathtaking views of the lush hills and vineyards. The beautiful nature surroundings and perfect weather were ideal for hiking and biking. Our room had all the necessary amenities, including comfortable bedding and fluffy towels. The hotel's terrace was perfect for savoring the delicious, locally-sourced food and sipping some fine wines from the region.

It was a bit of a disappointment to see and hear noisy children. The pool area was crowded and the noise level was quite high.
