There is nothing I would crticise about this hotel, especially at the price.
The Location in a quiet street in the heart of town and we secured an excellent rate for this quality hotel over easter.
Location is excellent you go out in the city center and the hotel is well situated in a quiet pedestrianised street.

The tram is within 400 meters and two stops from the railway station.
We had a room on the 3rd floor (305) at the front side of the building: very spacious, well decorated room with double glazed windows ( which is absolutely necessary) and a large twin bed and rather good mattresses.
The bath room is spacious too, has a bath tub with a perfectly working shower and two wash stands.
On this occasion the room was an adequate size, but the bathroom was cramped - no room for a bath but the shower was so powerful that we were very happy!
The staffs are very friendly and helpful, the bath room is spacious too.
Also friendly service, comfortable bed and rather good mattresses.
The bar are all very pleasant, generous provision of breakfast and huge choice even incl fresh juices.
The room was beautiful, bar prices were reasonable and i liked that fresh fruit was provided at breakfast.
On one of a number of neighbouring pedestrian-only streets, there is a vast array of independently owned restaurants and unique shops in the area.
It's an older, yet beautiful property in a lovely location just steps away from quaint restaurants and shops.
From outside you would not expect such a large building: a large entrance hall, a dining room, a bar, an internet room (?
Room was lovely, staff were all very polite real people, service felt genuine and was of high standard.
Palace, fine you're in The Hague for a couple of days as a tourist and staff on reception are very helpful and friendly.

Restuarants nearby are really good and don't be put off by the slightly dated lobby / entrance.
We had a nice view on the garden and the queen's palace with a balcony.
Rooms are clean and not so luxurios but comfortable and the garden is really cute.
