I did, and she said she would give me my money back, b/c low and behold no one left the hotel with the pillow.
New, clean, great location and their free biscuits and gravy make it all worth while.
However, I did note their were 2 missing pillows from the KIng Size Bed.
Had a party of 8 in a spacious loft room.
The room was cleaner when we left then when we arrived.
The next morning at breakfast, was looking forward to the "HOT Continental Breakfast".
But because we had 8 people, the front desk had sent extras up with us.
And from all my stays elsewhere, I knew if we needed more we could have called the front desk again.
When I confronted the manager she called me a liar as to how many people were actually in my party.
