The hotel is conveniently located near Marco Polo airport and Venice, making it a great base for exploring this part of Italy. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with beautiful views from the top floor. The staff are helpful and speak English fluently.

The breakfast options were not clearly explained, resulting in unexpected additional charges.

I parked at onsite. I would like to go back there again if visiting Monastier di Treviso.

We loved the friendly staff, delicious food, and convenient location near the train station for exploring the area with a yummy breakfast available every morning.

The pool was ace, perfect for chillin' and playing a game of table tennis. We also booked a guided tour around the streets of Venice, which was sick! The hotel's location was great for outdoor activities too, with hiking and biking trails nearby. Best holiday ever!

Only thing missing was a banging party scene. Would've been even more lit if there was a bar or club at the hotel for us young party-goers.

poor wi-fi sign in the rooms, but it's true there is an internet point in the hall.Mini-bar fridge was not working.There was an accident invoice problem but the staff solved our problem very quickly.

I absolutely loved the charming decoration throughout the hotel, especially in the common areas. The vintage furniture and elegant touches created a cozy and inviting atmosphere. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. The hallways and public spaces were spacious, and there were elevators available to easily access different floors. It made navigating the hotel a breeze for someone like me.

The only thing I would ask for to make it an even better vacation for senior people is for the staff to be more attentive and considerate. Sometimes, it felt like the children working there were preoccupied with other tasks and didn't prioritize the needs of the guests, especially the older ones.

clean and spacious rooms - close to the airport. Great breakfast and beautiful gardens with two pools. Conveniently located - just half an hour drive to IMHO and 10 minutes to Venice outlet shopping. Friendly and helpful staff that made our stay enjoyable. Plenty of outdoor space for children to play.

Sadly being giving one key card between three people was a problem. Although it's in a quiet but lovely area, it made getting about a bit more difficult (especially if you don't drive) Unsure if wall sockets of plug adapters didn't work in the hotel room as some electronics wouldn't work/charge

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, nestled in a peaceful area surrounded by a beautiful park. The hotel staff provided excellent service, ensuring our room was clean and comfortable. We were impressed with the variety of amenities available, such as room service, car hire, and laundry facilities. The hotel also offered a delicious buffet breakfast and a lovely dining restaurant. we had a pleasant and enjoyable experience here.

We have been upgraded to the best suite for the price of the room we reserved. It was the best suite I've ever seen.

I stayed at Villa Fiorita for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff, especially Miss Sara, Mr. Mario, Petro, and the swimming pool staff, were all incredibly helpful and professional. The hotel's park was fabulous and the pool area was nice. The restaurants served delicious food and I loved having breakfast in the garden. the hotel exceeded my expectations and I will definitely come back. Italian hospitality at its finest! Bravo!
