I loved how conveniently located this hotel was, allowing me to explore different parts of the city easily. The breakfast buffet was a food lover's dream, with an incredible variety of delicious items. The free high-speed wifi was a great bonus too!

Oh, how I adored the symphony of trains passing by my window all day long. The lack of soundproofing truly made for a unique and memorable experience.

The reception was not friendly. At 6th of July morning, I asked what is the adress of the biggest post in Lyon. It was a big problem to answer this question. First of all, the girl told me that she dont know. After she saw that I still there, she decide to ask other reception person. At least, I get the adress but it was wrong one.It was adress of a small post not far from hotel. Also we had some problems with conversation in english language. The girl didnt understand what did I took from mini bar ,,i told that it was a bottle of still water'' but like i guess she didint know the full translation.Also I found that it was air conditinion in room,but unfortunatelly, while it was on maximum, but it was still very hot in the room.About bathroom.So bathroom was very poor. After couple showers the water began to erupt from the laminate floor. All the bathroom and corridor flour were wet half day. As far as i know, the bathroom should be made from ceramic tile instead of laminate. All the corners looked durty because of the dump coming from the wet flour. Also than I arrive I found that one of the lights in bath didnt work. At the second day of my stay, the box of shower gel which was countersunk in the wall, felt down. Also it should be noted some things about housekeeping. The housekeeping lady on 5th in the morning knocked out to the door.It was told by me that she should come back later, but she didnt listen, she open the door again, went to the bathroom and start to change towels. Maybe it happen again because of the language barrier, but anyway it should be clear that if there is somebody, housekeeping shouldnt be done and disturbing people in room.

The place was reasonably priced. Loved that they had onsite restaurant Bistrot City, no need to go somewhere else. A comfortable bed in our room.

The apartment at Appart'City Classic Lyon Part-Dieu was cozy and well-equipped, making me feel right at home during my stay. The kitchenette had everything I needed to prepare meals, and the comfortable bedding ensured a good night's sleep.

The only downside for me was that the living room sofa bed was not as comfortable as I would have liked.

Location

No twin beds in double rooms. Curtains do not avoid light to entre the room. Kitchen gear scarce and some of it burnt. Room was not very clean.

I chose this hotel for my business trip and was impressed with the spacious meeting rooms that provided all the necessary professional equipment. The hotel is well-suited for both leisure and business travelers, offering a comfortable and convenient stay.

The only drawback was the lack of a reliable and efficient Wi-Fi service. As a businessman, I rely heavily on a stable internet connection for work purposes, and I found the Wi-Fi to be inconsistent and unreliable during my stay.

We were traveling in group with the family and this hotel was perfect to fit us six in the same room in two floors with two beds and a sofa bed and lot of space.

The room/suite was spacious and perfect for families, with a separate second bedroom. The hotel had excellent parking facilities that were secure. The staff were friendly and helpful, as long as you made an effort to communicate in French. The hotel was conveniently located near a metro stop, making it easy to navigate the city.

The hotel lacked any sort of atmosphere and felt soulless. The room was not clean, with a dirty bedspread and rug.

The room is very big, room 4 2 can even fit for 4. Bath room is good and clean.No 10 bus and No 23 can take you to the hotel and the city center. A small train station is also nearby.

only the location is good for the airport but definately not good for the city center.

Room was clean, comfortable, quiet and the location was only a few minutes' walk to the Gare Part-Dieu.

Small thing - I needed an iron and ironing board, but the reception was unable to locate one ... and looked no further than the cupboard behind the reception desk before giving me a shrug to indicate that no iron was available ...

Personally, I found the electric hobs in the kitchenette a bit tricky to use.

Close to the railway station.

If your room is on the side of the railway you will simply not sleep in the night. Too many trains doing hell of a noise. Really hell of a noise!

the floor in the sauna had quite an amount of water on it. Tiles are slippery and the sauna owen is not properly secured.There could easily be a severe accident if someone slips on the floor and falls on the sauna owen.
