        • The spa/sauna area is very nice, this could be a great hotel and too small bathroom compare to the room size.
        • The jacuzzi was nice, breakfast was excellent and the dinner we had the night before was fantastic.

          Good location near metro, handy for the railway station and not much in the immediate vicinity that is interesting. The hotel is very nice and staff are friendly. The rooms are only cleaned once a week, coffee, tea, hot and cold milk for cereals, the chef's cooking is excellent.

          The location was good, hotel also had Free WiFi isnt normally free in Europe and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were extremely comfortable, the jacuzzi was nice and the restaurant was basic at best and extremely cold. The pool was beautiful and the whole property was well maintained.

          Nice walking distance to city centre (about 1/2 hour 'amble, good hotel and friendly staff. Very well equipped room, reasonable Jacuzzi and the restaurant served a wonderful buffet breakfast. Excellent spa facility.

          House keeping services improved, little too far from the old town in Lyon and the toilet bin was broken.

          The metro and tram system is brilliant and cheap, hotel's location is near the main train station of city. Only one tv you have 2 rooms upstairs is not very practical.

          Good value for 2 couples and friendly staff. Fresh and clean bed sheets, nice pool.

          Not central location and one dangerous treadmill does not consitute a fitness facility. The breakfast was extrememly overpriced.
