Studio suite with a sofa bed, duvet, dinning table. Marvellous and unbeatable location next to Deux-Lions.

I liked that the apartment included kitchenette. The bathroom was good-sized and it had a shower, a hairdryer, and fresh towels for my convenience. The location of the hotel was magnificent and unbeatable - just a short stroll away from Parc Honore de Balzac.

The rooms with a sofa bed, a bath plus tea making facilities were a decent size. The pool was great, satisfactory breakfasts.

Everything was excellent, including pleasant and affable staff. The setting was handy, very close to France. The restaurant was relatively close to the hotel. We didn't want to say goodbye, can recommend.

Absolutely new, 50 m to big shopping area, parking.

The area is still under constructing, in 1-st room the stove didn't work, they gave us bigger room for same price, but there toilette was locked and after couldn't open from inside!!!! And water was leaking from the pipes or boiler.

Very new so everything in great shape, very clean etc.... Close to shopping area with restaurants but it is really a bit souless compared to old part of Tours.

Very poor directions given for location even though it is a known issue. Sat Nav systems can't seem to find location. Mattress was not very comfortable.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in a residential district, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. the value for money was exceptional, especially considering the prices of other hotels in the area. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, with basic amenities provided in my room, including a clean kitchen and a comfortable double bed. The hotel's location near a shopping centre was a big plus, as it provided easy access to a variety of restaurants and even a cinema.

All aspects of my stay were more than satisfactory.

The 65€ we paid for this was a good price.

Very well equipped kitchen. Brand new hotel, pretty cosy. Hotel is very clean and lies just across a shopping center which is very convenient. Very good service/price ratio.

Very difficult to reach as there are no indicators on the main streets in the neighbourhood.
