Great place to stay, it was fairly clean and beautiful. The staff there were very welcoming and outstandingly accommodating. The Irish bar was a plus. It made our trip to Nantes a great experience.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

They gave us a studio with kitchenette.

The location was fantastic in the city centre. What's more, it was next to the tram line 1, restaurants nearby and local bars and restaurants.

Gorgeous place, it was clean and had very nice staff at all times. The location was marvellous and incredible, you can visit a large castle by walking.

We had a nice stay for the first 2 nights of our stay.

It was fairly clean and the staff were immensely pleasant, beds were comfortable. The location was very central, excellent to everything in Nantes. It was also adjacent to many bars, the train station and all public transport.

By and large, it was fantastic base for sightseeing in Nantes, had much fun and met immensely pleasant and accommodating staff on behalf of another manager. The room was brand-new and modern, included with A/C, comfy bed, as example. The location was particularly good, for example, a public park was not too far from the hotel. A bakery and department shops were right next door. Truly enjoyed early check-in and late check-out.

Everything was simply fine. It was clean with very amiable stuff on behalf of another manager. Ideal super central location right by most attractions, and good patisserie and other eateries.

Place was gorgeous and stunningly beautiful, greatly enjoyed the stay.

The location was marvellous, within a close distance from a Roman Catholic Gothic cathedral.

I had a great stay at Appart'City Confort. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, close to supermarkets and the Château des Ducs de Bretagne. The kitchen in my room had all the essentials I needed to cook my meals, and there was an optional breakfast provided in the morning. The bathroom was spacious with a walk-in shower, and the bed was comfortable. The room itself had plenty of space. it was good value for money.

Excellent location for exploring the city, close to transportation and restaurants. Spacious apartment with helpful staff. Quiet property with kitchen facilities. Perfect base for sightseeing.

Convenient to city centre restaurants and transport - ideal for a short city break...also the availability of family suites and cooking facilities -although we only used kettle and fridge :-)

A bit of a problem with the maid service.....we had opted apparently on the online booking - not to have maid services??? I wasn't aware we had??? Anyway the receptionist advised us that this meant we only had the room services on the saturday which was ok with us....but when it was serviced on the saturday we were left with no toilet paper and a large towel was not replaced. The reception staff were helpful but even then we were given 2 small towels and not the large towel as requested....but at least they tried to help. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and surrounded by lively bars and restaurants. It was so convenient to have everything just a short walk away. Secondly, the staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Lastly, the rooms were clean and spacious, with a small kitchenette that was handy for preparing meals. Despite some noise from outside, I found the hotel to be a great value for money, with decent facilities and a delicious breakfast.

All was well, no complaints.

The hotel was gloriously comfortable, from the quality of the beds and organic shower gels to its complete kitchen with utensils. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful (thanks Ivan), recommended the best places to eat dinner, and helped print my train e-ticket. I have asthma, and the completely smoke-free hotel with its beautiful and spacious rooms made my stay in Nante heavenly. The location right off the Tram made getting from the train station to the hotel easy. 5 stars in my book!
