Nice, clean and efficient, ideal also for long term stays
Difficult to find since the building doesn't show "Park & Suites Confort" but indicates a different name

Clean & simple. Have fully equipped kitchen , good rooms(we had 2 bed rooms and guest room) bath tube, toilet. We enjoyed the stay there. After 5 days the towels and sheets were replaced free of charge.

The hotel was well situated after a long journey up from Spain, the member of staff was excellent making our late arrival very easy, english spoken so made life easy very clean and spacious 2 bed appartment, fantastic will use again.

it has an excellent location as it is close to the commercial center, bus station, Carrefor, and also there is a good Chinese restaurant beside the hotel
the room service is bad, the room is not cleaned every day and also they don't change the room staffs daily. the internet is very very slow, I hardly could open my email

After complaining about the condition of the apartment, there was a quick reaction from the management and I was able to change to a better room.
The apartment was in very bad condition. For example the sofa, if it´s not covered with a sheet is totally soiled, sticky and has a unpleasant odour like the whole apartment. The equipment of the kitchen is incompletely and also in bad condition. If I compare the apartment with the photos in the Internet there is a very big difference.

Easy to reach. Large rooms/bathroom and quite clean.
Heating was not turned on the residence despite having outside just 4-5 degrees Celsius. It was at the limit of confort inside. No change of towels for 6 nights despite claiming change every 3 nights. No WIFI.

It's not a holiday accommodation. What we notice is that it seems to be for someone who's come to work in the area for a week or a month. It's more like a part-time apartment.
