The location is very good, you can catch the bus and go anywhere from where the hotel is located.

The location is perfect-close to whatever you want to do.

You will need to take a taxi to return to the airport.

Price of taxi back to airport- 200 pesos posted -about $20 US.

$210 to get upgraded to the Presidential Suite (extra living room w/ an extra bathroom -one had a tub w/ shower and the other was strictly a shower-, a small bar area, a pull out bed, and a large balcony w/ a jacuzzi which you fill to your desire).

We had 3rd floor suite with livingroom, bedroom, two bathrooms, balcony terrace with hot tub.

The rooms are huge, you get 2 bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, and a large balcony with a hot tub.

The beach is gourgeous, the Ambassador Suite in which we stayed was roomy with tons of closet space, two bathrooms, an extra murphy bed and two t.

The presidential suite is well worth the additional cost as you have two baths, a sitting room, and great balcony with hot tub.

There are only 2 main restaurants-one buffet (breakfast, lunch and dinner); and one sit down restaurant (dinner only w/ reservations made by 3p.

Food was awesome, buffet restaurant open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, besides there also being an outdoor bbq at lunch for burgers, hotdogs and nachos, salads etc, if you dont want to leave the poolside.

Swim up bar, good food, mostly breakfast and lunch, a snack bar for the kids with hamburgs and hotdogs, pizza and chips.

If you missed breakfast or lunch in the dining room there was always the burger,hotdog nacho bar.

There were only 2 restaurants, buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner,closed in between.

Maids, barmen, waiters, front desk - all are examples of the finest customer service.

Large living area that had a murphy bed, hotel staff was excelent - friendly and maid service was good.

Even though tips were supposedly included in the all inclusive, we still nevertheless tipped the bartenders, wait staff, and maid service.

WOW, excellent staff, from the waiters and bartenders, to the front desk, to the cleaners, all were various shades of excellent.

Some staff definitely worth meeting: Rene and Manuel, bartenders, alternate between lobby and pool bars.

The spa/health club is great with free spinning classes every day and a fully refurbished and working steam room (marble) and sauna (private for both men and women).

Fitness center is $2/person per session and spinning class is no charge if you pay for your gym session.

Rooms were always clean, fresh linens (and plenty of them) and if you did not leave the maid tip money on the pillow, they never touched any other change left on the dresser, etc.

The rooms always clean and smelling fresh.

Each room we have had has been nice, kept clean, and has had a good view.

Also the staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were always clean, the food at the buffet was good.

I don't understand what everyone who complained was talking about, the rooms very clean, the people were incredibly nice and the service was great.
