I stayed at this place for 4 nights and enjoyed eating at the à la carte restaurant, large buffet, and three specialty restaurants, along with the excellent location perfect for strolling around La Isla Shopping Village.

Reasonably priced place with efficient employees at the reception desk. Our hotel rooms were spotless and modern, with large beds. Particularly good location, near casinos and bars. Near a museum and a tower while being in the shopping area.

The staff at the reception desk were knowledgeable and respectful, and the building and rooms were extremely clean with queen and king size beds.

We had a really comfortable stay for 4 days. the hotel is absolutely great, set in a new area with a short walk to shopping areas and new Italian and Mexican restaurants. - the location is marvellous and stunning, with La Isla Shopping Village relatively near the property.

The hotel was amazing. I'll recommend it to all my friends. Hotel staff was excelent - friendly, helpful, fast. The rooms were amazing - beautiful and clean. The food was very tasty everyday. If I return to Cancun it 'll be this hotel.

1.) There was only 1 PC with internet connection. It was not for free. I travelled for weeks via Mexico and at every hotel they had PC with internet connection for free. There wasn't any printer connected to this PC. I would suggest to have more PCs with internet connection and printer connected for free. 2.) The Safe in a room was also not for free. It is a little bit suprising to find out at the end of the stay that the price for a room doesn't inlude also the price for the safe. Quite funny.

Very attentive and respectful personnel at the reception desk, paid attention to every detail. The room we booked was good-sized and new-fashioned with a balcony, large beds plus coffee maker. The breakfast was large and above average with tacos and served in the bar.

Facilities were awesome, nevertheless Wi-Fi was very poor.

The property was lovely, with a great location and friendly staff. The welcome package included a meeting with a time share representative. There was a charge for a typo in the age of a child. The restaurants had specific dining times for children.

The beach is amazing. The rooms are ok and also the comforts.

The restaurant aren't so good. Topless isn't admitted because it is considered a "family hotel" even if there are no laws about it in Mexico.

The room was well-maintained and well-appointed with smoke detectors for safety measures. the personnel was thoughtful and hospitable. - the location was beautiful, a short walk to Fashion Harbour. - the à la carte restaurant was elegant, great service. - the vibe here was family-friendly.

Loved the friendly staff, fantastic activities, easy access to pools and beaches, and well-maintained facilities. Great location near the beach, mall, and nightlife. Safe and secure. Spacious room with comfortable beds. Delightful terrace with beach and Mayan Ruin views.
