Park Regis is ideally located to attend events held at Suncorp Stadium and central location easy walk to South Bank.
The location is good and brisbane City is such a lovely place.
The location is good, just 5 minutes from the Roma Street train station, and about 10 minutes into central Brisbane.
Reasonable location and friendly staff, but overall does not represent good value for money.
We were close to the mall and only 25minutes away from the airport.
Our room was ok, nice enough, just a queen bed and little TV, desk thing, mini bar (empty though, which we found a bit odd), and a CD player.
The location very good the room was perfect, reception staff were always helpful and friendly, the king bed was comfortable all of the pillows were extremely hard.
The bedroom was very nice, and the king size bed (two singles together) was fairly comfortable, except for the bit between them!
We did not contact the laundry department ourselves, nor did reception contact us, however a roll-away bed was delivered to our room later that night.
The cot was already set up when we arrived however the roll-away bed was not in our room.
About 10 minutes into central Brisbane, view great and the choice was better than you get at most hotel buffet breakfasts.
We could of eaten in there restraunt, however felt there were plenty down the street.
Central position, the location of hotel was great and reception staff were always helpful and friendly.
The TV reception was deplorable and when questioned about it the front desk person blamed the cloud coverage, what a lame excuse!
Friendlier and more helpful reception staff on arrival willing to give a few basic tips about the city and it's attractions would be good!
On check out, the level of service was on show once again when it took us a rediculous amount of time to check out as we had to try to convince reception that we had in fact already paid for the accommodation.
There is little point making any sort of complaint to reception staff or management as they are totally uninterersted, unfriendly and unapproachable.
What a disappointment that the pool is still being renovated, no mention of this on the internet site where I booked, would not have done so if known this fact.
The pool was tiny and there is a severe lack of seats at the pool area.
The view out onto the city was good and the rooms were clean.
Although relatively clean the room was old and hadn't had anything done to it (including repairs) since it was built about 20 years ago.
Overall the apartment was very small, though tidy.
