  The location was excellent for access to the CBD of Melbourne by tram, the room was great value for money and cafe Purple's breakfasts were good and served quickly.

  The hotel car parking was very cramped and hard to park car in, staff were rude.

  Half the cost of the city and good value, excellent stay, friendly staff. Awesome sized two bedroom apartment, my other half loved the big breakfast.

  Overall, a decent hotel for looking for a cheap stay, lovely rooms and a long way from the restaurants in St Kilda. The lunch menu had a good selection, i'd recommend the steak sandwich.

  Affordable price for an excellent location and very near to Tram stop and the city. Clean and good value, very friendly staff, i liked the kitchen facilities in the room. The food was fantastic.
