Great location too and clean amenities - everything that you could really need - suitable for a long stay.

The location was excellent for access to the CBD of Melbourne by tram, and for exploring the wonderful shopping available in Prahran.

You the only thing that is correct is the location!

Close to the city, easy to catch a tram, bus or taxi from out the front door.

This hotel is very convenient for the trams, but is a 30minute tram ride into Southbank, the Casino and central CBD.

Our bed room window was next to a post office and the cars/trucks started driving in & out at approx 4am.

The bed was good and room clean, but it wa sa small room.

Didn't like having the shower in the bath tub.

It was good having two bathrooms and the bedrooms on the opposite sides of the family area for a bit of privacy.

The supposed restaurant/bar was in fact a coffee shop open from 7am till 2pm except on Friday when it was open until 7pm so dont plan on using the restaurant for meals except breakfast which is twice the price of the cafes next door.

Location was good, great breakfast offered.

We had breakfast at the cafe downstairs, and recommend it highly- one of the best omelettes ever- and quite reasonably priced.

The bar could have been open longer hours tho.

Staff were not exactly friendly and infact when we checked in the guy was quiet rude.

Car parking was included in the room cost, unlike most Melbourne hotels.

Although the unit was very clean when we first arrived the housekeeping while we were there wasn't great.

The lobby was small and seemed dimly lit.

Room big and clean, had new carpet and was freshly painted.

Clean and good value, room nicely presented.

      Location was good, great breakfast offered.

      I was not made aware that there would be an additional charge for parking, some staff were unhelpful and very disappointed that room service / restaurant wasn't available on the Sat night - we did not need to go out late.

      Very quiet.

      House keeping needs improving.

      Rooms are very spacious, beds are very comfortable. Very quite even though it is on a very busy road. Close to the city, easy to catch a tram, bus or taxi from out the front door. Although the unit was very clean when we first arrived the housekeeping while we were there wasn't great. Overall, we were pleased with our choice and would stay there again.
