  In my culture, in a similar situation, an apology is appropriate and this hotel is well located close to the train station. The staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and I liked the bed and service.

  Near to the centre, convenient to the train and the Park Plaza was good choice for convenience. The hotel was not crowded, my room was on the front of the building, and was very quiet, on the plus side, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was quite huge, breakfast was nice and checkout time was realistic being 12pm.
