Little fridge for our drinks and nice spa.
Location was ideal for us, the staff at the hotel were all extremely friendly and farewell shots at reception were a lovely idea.
From the room on the ninth floor you had a side view of Westminster and Big Ben, the food in the breakfast area was fine,and of good quality,staff attentive.

The location is perfect, just next to Waterloo Station and this hotel has good rooms and is generally well kept. The bathroom is marble and stone, very nice.

Our view was of the Waterloo Station and was lovely, the bathroom had a bath and a shower,toiletries were quite good quality, on returning to our room we found a big supply of tea, and 6 decaf sachets.
