Our room was a nice size and had a small refrigerator, air conditioning, and a safe. Pleased it had a bath. The setting was peaceful, right by Fred Meyer grocery store, the Japanese Garden in Washington Park and Portland's downtown.

This hotel was located in a very central area not far from downtown and Powell's City of Books, centre, washington park and tram and all the restaurants and shops. The staff was quick to help and provided lots of information.

Wi-Fi signal was very weak, made me a little nervous.

The room was modern and tastefully decorated, had private bathroom. Top central location adjacent to the Rose. Stopped by Dutch Brothers Coffee to get some coffee and treats, it's right next to the venue, recommend.

Really enjoyed our rooms with a pull out bed. The location was amazing and excellent, short walk to Washington park and Fred Meyer supermarket and great 21st Ave restaurants. We stayed for 2 nights here, loved Northwest district.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a few days and was pleasantly surprised. The suite had wooden floors, which added a nice touch. The room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. A supply of water, orange juice, and coffee was a plus. The staff was also phenomenal, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location was convenient for exploring the nearby shopping area and downtown attractions. a great experience.

It was fairly clean place, staff were genuinely helpful and friendly professional, and I enjoyed my well-equipped room. The personnel was quick to help and they provided an excellent service. The hotel was placed in the central location to tourist sights. And there was Eat Pizza with short-orders right next to the venue, super convenient.

The location in Portland downtown was best possible and strategic. The especially helpful and friendly professional staff was quick to help with any requests. The rooms were a nice size and well-equipped and had hypo-allergenic pillows.
