  Location good, nice quiet room.

  Cleaned carpets in reception and breakfast service was not great staff slow to clear the tables.

  Excellent location for our needs and within easy distance of facilities. The hotel was very clean and staff were friendly. Bed was comfortably bathroom was good, food was tasty and grill the menu was extensive.

  Central location beside river and modern Hotel facilities. Staff were very friendly, helpful and one of our rooms was fantastic. The breakfast was good.

  Convenient location to city centre, decor spotless and all the staff were really friendly and helpful. Room refurbished to good standard, breakfast was well cooked and the conference facilities were excellent.

  The location was great and the staff at reception really friendly and helpful, i regularly stay at hotels as part of my job and this was one of the worst ever, the rooms were clean and functional. The food good and the meal overall was good value for money.

  Really beautiful view, the place was being renovated around the guests and this wasnt made clear on the web site, the staff were polite and friendly. The room was good.

  One of best in the city, in my view you would do well to invite in the Hotel Inspector" and staff are very friendly and handled any complaints/. Restaurants hassle free parking.

  Rooms to the back are above a noisy public bar across the road that rattle on into the early hours and breakfasts not good look warm duevet on bed to small.
