Overall - great value and well lit place with amicable staff on room change request. Very central location, holiday base for discovering Vancouver. Liked nice area.

Beds were a little firm.

It was updated, impressive and on the last floors.

Particularly good location for visiting cafés and pubs close to the hotel.

The restaurant was convenient for breakfast here, I had nice dishes. I️ had a breathtaking view overlooking the mountain. Comfortable and perfect location, Vancouver airport was 1 km away. Also, the area was perfect.

Wi-Fi was very spotty tbh and there was a little hard bed in my room.

I was there for 3 nights and ate at attached restaurant for breakfast. The location couldn't be more great and decent close to everything. What's more, it was short walk to central to transit as well as restaurants, Granville Island.

The units are large with a balcony. The location is marvellous, 2 km from Granville Island.

Views are not so nice.

Hotel as a whole is well-maintained and well priced, I really enjoyed it.

The rooms are functional, with a balcony and hairdryer and a twin king size bed provided. All in all they offer superb service. Overall great facilities, there's paid parking. The location is good and perfect and nearby a bus stop.

Newly renovated and spotlessly clean place, great view of downtown. Beautifully decorated and reasonably priced units and caring staff on room change request. Great meal at in-house restaurant.

The premium double room on level 2, facilities worked for us. Had good a fridge, a microwave, and an air conditioning.

The room was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay a pleasant experience.- The hotel was conveniently located near the bay area, allowing us to easily explore and enjoy the surrounding attractions.- The view from our room was stunning, offering a beautiful sight of the city skyline.

The price was a bit high compared to similar accommodations, which may not appeal to budget-conscious travelers. Parking was not included in the room rate, and we had to pay an additional fee for it, which was a bit inconvenient.

Came here for 4 nights with my 2 children, had a very good stay. The team provided an excellent service and the room was nicely decorated and great modern with pleasant view of downtown lights, a twin king size bed, the air con. There were a microwave and a refrigerator too. The venue was in a central location very close to a good Sports Bar across the road as well as Cambie.

Great-sized and well decorated room with a refrigerator, a seating area and a writing table, and comfortable bed. Location very close to the many attractions and restaurants and downtown core and very convenient to get around Vancouver.

Very small bathroom.
