Reasonably good breakfast with various options of pastries, amazing service. Immaculate, elegant room with a private bathroom and a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. Great and comfortable location for enjoying bars and restaurants near the hotel. Several bars and restaurants in the area.

Beds were too soft.

The location was favourable and perfect, not too far from Emporio Frutaria. The room was reasonably large in their furniture, the staff was VERY AMIABLE.

Good sized, huge room available with the usual desk, a full seating area plus the usual desk etc and the internet was working. Easy check-in and easy check-out, parking on site.

The staff were caring and attentive and the location was marvellous to almost everything that you need to enjoy a good week-end.

Huge & new-fashioned room, a safe, cable channels, and a writing table in there. The pool area is nice too. Easy check-out.

Sincerely, it was a really nice stay for business trip. Climate control, a private safe, and flat-screen television were available in our a twin room. They offered us fresh meals, had a wide range of options to choose from. Appreciated our stay, and recommend the hotel.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices were reasonable and the attention to detail was impressive. I loved the location, as it was close to restaurants and just a short trip to Congonhas airport. The fact that it was also near the largest park in the city was a bonus. The staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities were sufficient. The rooms had a massive window that allowed for beautiful natural light, and having a kettle in the room was a very appreciated touch. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

Way over priced for what you receive , they gym is a waste of time. They need better equiptment , felt like a home gym. And Internet not good signal

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is very convenient, being close to both the domestic and international airports. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The rooms are comfortable and come with basic amenities, including a kettle. I particularly liked the large windows that allowed for plenty of natural light.

Appreciated the a double room in their furniture, felt like we were home. Location: the hotel was near Ibirapuera park and other atractions, and the "noble " areas of Sao Paulo.

The area was not so good.

It was very close to some cool shopping and restaurants.

The room was meant to be a non smoking room but it smelt of smoke

smoky rooms, service was not that good - hotel was almost full we tried to check in by noon and asked non smoking room - They did not have and asked to check in later - By 4pm we returned they did not have a room. They finally found a non smoking room but it also smell smoke. We gave up and asked to cancel the stay. We moved to another hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, in a great area close to almost everything we needed to enjoy a good week-end. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room service and housekeeping were excellent. The room amenities were also great, including the mini-bar, in-room safe, and free Wi-Fi in rooms. We especially loved the dining restaurant and bar area, and the breakfast was delicious. The leisure facilities, including the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, and steam room were a great bonus. we had a really relaxing and enjoyable experience here.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

first they said the parking is included and after they say not, but they respect and i have not to pay for that.
