The hotel's position was good and lovely near restaurants and bars.

The location was great and super for me, next to an IKEA store.

Functional & exceptionally comfortable hotel, comfortable location close to shops, pleasant staff. Functional and airy rooms available with good facilities as well as coffe machine. Fast check in & the service was excellent. What a really nice stay, no complaints.

This well-maintained and luxurious hotel had a central setting on the far outskirts of Dortmund. Thoroughly enjoyed the really big bed in my standard queen room. The provided service was great! Actually everything was really good, my next choice again in Kamen.

We had a fantastic stay at a conveniently located hotel. The rooms were beautiful and the staff was extremely friendly. We loved the fact that there were shops and restaurants nearby, making it easy for us to explore the area. The hotel's proximity to the airport and popular food chains like Pizza Hut, Burger King, and McDonald's was a huge plus. We also appreciated the big free parking lot and the complimentary water and coffee in our spacious room. it was a perfect place for a pleasant few nights and we highly recommend it.

The Hotel was empty just before Christmas and there was no restaurant service. this was very inconvenient, McDonalds was our only available choice.

Comfortable and spacious room with a wonderful, relaxing bathtub. The bed was large and cozy, ensuring a restful sleep. Despite being near the roads, the room was surprisingly quiet. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, especially the bathroom and the shower. The hotel's location near Ikea and the motorway was convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

I recently stayed at Mercure in Kamen for a business trip. The hotel was clean and modern, with comfortable beds and delicious food in the restaurant. The staff were incredibly friendly, funny, and genuinely helpful. Despite the small gym, I enjoyed my workout and heard great things about the sauna. it was one of the most pleasant hotel stays I've had.

The location of this hotel is fantastic! It's only ten minutes away from the airport and there are several popular fast food chains and a Shell gas station within 500 meters. The room was spacious and I appreciated the complimentary water and coffee in the Bosch machine. The hotel staff was really friendly and spoke English well.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

Hotel was pretty much as expected - standard rooms, standard en-suite. Nothing out of the ordinary but fit for purpose - clean, basic, great for sleeping !

If I had to fault the hotel I would say that whilst the breakfast was varied - everything was prepared a long while before I was going to eat (at around 8:30am). So overcooked and dry. But look - it's fine for a family of 4 people pay around 100euro for a weekday. No real complaints !

The room was spacious and spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive. The hotel had a convenient location, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. The parking facilities were ample and free of charge.

The bathroom decor looked dated and did not match the style of the room or the hotel. It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room for tea or coffee instead of relying on the machine.

It was close to the area we wanted to visit.

The door to the bathroom needs painting and the shower curtains need to have the black mould stripe removed from the bottom.
