Park Hyatt Zurich - 苏黎世

It's location is a little away from the city center, but a 15 or 20 minute walk will get you there.

Good location and loved that the Hotel Staff addressed me by my name.

The upside to the location is that you won't have to worry about noise.

The hotel sent a car for us from the train station and had one wisk us to the airport.

However, it is only a few minutes walk to the center of town, 10 minutes walk or a short cab ride to the train station.

Park Hyatt Zurich is on the highly quality room (nice bathroom, nice bed, Bang & Olufsen TV).

The regular king room was spacious, with a luxurious bath, a most comfortable bed, and a unique opening to get fresh air into the room.

The bathroom had a sliding screen next to the bath which opened out into the bedroom, so you could lie in the bath while watching TV.

I can't say enough about the room: comfortable beds with fluffy pillows, amazing marble shower and porcelain bathtub, and great A/C (I hit Zurich during a heat wave, so it was so nice to refresh in the cool room).

The rooms are amazing, big spacious, amazing shower, amazing Huge bathtub which has a sliding wall that opens into the bedroom.

Restaurant, bar and breakfast (a la carte) were very good.

Experience from restaurant / bar/ room service / day to day interaction with staff has been a generally sloppy, rude one with mediocre food to match.

Unable to comment on breakfast or restaurant as we headed for fresh air at great speed.

The food, both in the restaurant and the lounge, is supreme.

The food and service in the Parkhaus restaurant was fantastic for lunch (swordfish) and dinner and room service prompt and with great food and choice.

The staff remembered my name by the third day and addressed me by name in the hallways and at the front desk.

The entire concierge staff was very helpful with ideas on what to do in the city.

It’s been many years since I have received the friendly and customer service driven attention, from the entire hotel staff, that I received at this hotel.

Excellent room service, staff very friendly and helpful.

Hotel SPA is fabulous, Finish and steam sauna, modern and large fitness.

Everything about this Hyatt is top notch, from the spa/gym, to the restaurants, to the lounge areas.

The only missing is a pool but they do have a small spa area.

Staff is excellent and room is very clean.

The rooms were modern and superbly clean and comfortable.

The receptionist accompanied us to our room, 10 minutes later fresh fruit was delivered.
