  The new york bar on the 52nd has the best view and food in the hotel is also very good. The staff is extremely helpful, the rooms are well equipped and comfortable.

  Wireless internet connection and a very good view on the Shinjuku area, an amazing hotel. Definitely worth the money and staff excellent. The bathroom amenities were lovely and breakfast and other meals were always fabulous.

  The location is not ideal for me and i think there are better options, the Park Hyatt is an amazing hotel, the staff is very polite. Room and suite is wonderful.

  The food was excellent, the public spaces literally breathtaking, the location very convenient, the beds were very comfortable and the decor in the room stylish, the concierge service was exceptional as well. The bathroom was great and the New York Grill Restaurant was impecable, and worth every penny. Workout facilities were equally impressive.

  The conceirege and business center staff were excellent, the room was big compared to other local hotels' standards. Service was flawless and unobtrusive, breakfast in bed was delicious and elegant.

  The room was gorgeous, the bed the best i've ever slept in, the view incredible, and on and on, we also breakfasted at the hotel regularly and the menu was fantastic. The services was excellent and the bathroom was big and had an interesting layout. The new york grill was lovely.

  The views out across Tokyo on a clear night are just awesome, best hotel I have ever stayed in and the gym and pool are quite phenomenal, and we had a wonderful room.
