My recent stay at the lakeside resort hotel was absolutely delightful. We chose this hotel because we are loyal customers of the Hyatt chain and as expected, it did not disappoint. The view of Tongqian Lake from our room was stunning and the large tub area added a touch of luxury. The breakfast spread was one of the best I've had in China, with high-quality options that kept us satisfied. The Chinese restaurant also exceeded our expectations, with fantastic food and attentive service. The separate bar lounge in the red house was a must-visit, where we enjoyed a bottle of German Riesling while being entertained by Chinese opera. The hotel grounds were lush and beautiful, perfect for leisurely walks along the lake. I highly recommend this hotel for a truly pleasant and enjoyable stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel by the lake. The hotel facilities were impressive - the traditional boat ride on Dongqian lake was magical with the mountain backdrop. The cleanliness was notable and the staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful. The location, far away from the city centre, provided us with a serene experience.

Over Thanksgiving, I had a lovely stay at a hotel in Ningbo. The complimentary breakfast and afternoon tea were a nice touch. The location near the lake was picturesque and serene, and I enjoyed taking walks in the area. Additionally, the hotel's spa services were a great way to unwind.

I did have some issues during my stay. The service at the hotel was not up to par, and I felt overlooked at times.

This hotel truly fulfills the luxury experience with its exclusive amenities and impeccable service. The Spa & wellness centre and indoor swimming pool provide a relaxing retreat, while the beautiful garden area offers a serene atmosphere. The room advantages are extraordinary, including comfortable beds, amazing views and lavish interior design. The restaurant and bar/lounge area serve delicious food, and the private facilities make guests feel pampered. The location advantages are also remarkable, being close to a beautiful lake and surrounded by bamboo forests.

The only minor issue I experienced during my stay here was the limited availability of staff at certain times. However, this did not compromise the quality of service provided.
