Park Hyatt Milan - 米兰

The location is superb - very close to shopping, restaurants, the Duomo, La Scala, etc.

Faultless location in the Galleria Vittoria and close to all the shopping and attractions.

The Park Hyatt has great people, great location and great overall atmosphere.

I arrived at this hotel via subway with my carry-on in tow.

Check out was the easiest we have ever experienced - the taxi was waiting with the bags loaded as we strolled out.

Breathtaking suite with a king size bedroom, which easily accomodated a single bed for our 3yr old, separated from the living/dining area which had a separate guest bathroom.

Main bathroom and dressing room was as big as the rest of the suite again and had 2 separate bathroom vanities, an enormous bath and double shower.

Linens, bed, fantastic marble bath with outstanding 'rainshower' were all superb.

We told the reception representative and while he initially didn't believe us, he came to our room and saw for himself and so he moved us to a two twin bed room.

The room was very modern and the bathroom is one of the best I have ever seen in all my travels, with a full length tub and separate shower area.

Breakfast in the lobby bar/restaurant was excellent.

We didn't eat at the restaurant but had great cocktails in the bar, got quite full on all the free nibbles.

The restaurant and lounge provide a beautiful eating environment, although perhaps if management were to reduce prices slightly it would encourage more locals to eat at the hotel.

We made the mistake of going up to the breakfast bar and helped ourselves to some corn flakes.

Of course, it´s very expensive - nearly 600 euros per night (without breakfast), but we were treating ourselves, so we made a pact to not look at the bar/room service prices to avoid the inevitable guilt trip during our stay!

The doormen, reception, housekeeping, concierge and restaurant & bar staff were friendly, polite, helpful and pleasant.

Concierge was super, so was reception staff.

Staff have been trained to let their characters show through, and service is therefore warm, unstuffy and relaxed.

Concierge service was likewise quick and complete.

The fitness room is a little small but functional, but the sauna and hammam make up for it - a pool would have been nice, though.

La salle de gym est un peu petite mais fonctionnelle, mais le sauna et le hammam rattrapent ce petit inconvénient.

It would have been just wonderful to be able to relax by the pool after a long day of shopping and walking around in the burning Milan sun.

24 hours Last but not least room is clean, well equiped and hip and trendy design.

The room was spotless as I expected it to be.

Fresh fruit and a bottle of wine were sent to the room with compliments of the management.
