Park Hyatt Mendoza

Perfectly located overlooking the main square and the hotel could not be in a better location.

Additionally location was excellent as is situated directly on the central square for Mendoza and the staff speak good English.

Great location and the Park Hyatt Mendoza is well located on Plaza Indepencia.

The driver of the car that picked us up at the airport was very friendly and knowledgable about Mendoza and gave us a brief history on our ride to the hotel.

When I realized I had left a small bag at the checkout desk after we arrived at the airport and the driver had left, the hotel found it and sent the driver back to the airport within 20 minutes.

The room and bed were excellent with a huge bathroom - great shower!

The room was fabulous with an excellent shower and separate tub, huge beds with lots of pillows and a comfortable desk (where I'm writing this review from).

Used Gold Passport pts to confirm upgrade @ booking to a "Diplomatic Suite" (huge 2 room suite on top floor) - beautiful wood floors, comfortable sitting area, quiet bedroom.

A comfortable chaise lounge was set in one corner of the room, while a settee at the foot of the bed provided extra seating.

For $300+ US dollars per night, you should expect your room to have the following: cracks in the ceiling, a thermostat that falls off of the wall, a toilet that does not flush, dingy towels, a burn in the sheets and poor air conditioning.

We ate lunch and breakfast a couple of times in the lobby restaurant and the food was decent.

Food (room service for breakfast and lunch at one of the restaurants) was mediocre.

Also you can try diffeents restaurants available in the hotel, one of they, EL PATIO, is for breakfast and fast food with an excellent service and very good food.

The breakfast was very good and we dined in the restaurant on our final night in Mendoza.

Breakfast, included in our rate, could be taken on the patio or inside the lobby restaurant.

The service was gracious and very efficient in every aspect (front desk, restaurant, bellboy, etc.

Quite desapointing n a country known for his excellent meat, the Helpful Staff and their concierge was great.

The food was great for dinner, beverage services were also very nicely presented and the concierge was helpful in booking an auto for us.

El spa, es una sauna y un jacuzzi, hay para hombres y mujeres, a pesar que se debe usar bañador en las instalaciones.

The amenities offered in the hotel are great and made the stay enjoyable from this perspective; we took advantage of the pool, casino and spa.

The facade, terrace and lobby are very nice as is the view of the plaza.

The rooms are lovely, clean, great linens, great service.

Such a nice stay, great service and our room was always extremely clean.

Our room was always extremely clean, which is what I value most.

The jacuzzi and steam room are a bit dated but clean and functional.

And it is clean, modern--the rooms were once cutting edge, but that edge has been blunted by time--and is an easy walk to lots of interesting restaurants.
