Really good stay in February. Lovely and perfect location, an easy walk to Cristoforo Colombo. Based adjacent to Santa Margherita Ligure train station as well as the promenade where all hotels are listed on the sign posts.

Beautifully restored and modern hotel with helpful staff who were apologetic for the inefficiency of their managers, everything was excellent. The location couldn't be more particularly good on the hill. We truly enjoyed rooms with fantastic view. The breakfast was adequate and excellent and there was a huge variety of food to choose from.

The hotel needs major renovation; its design is from the 50s/60s. The price charged per room is in no relation to the standard of the facilities. Internet is only available against additional charge!!!

There aren't enough sockets in the rooms.

The hotel was well located, with lovely pool area and sea views. The room was large, clean, and recently refurbished. Breakfast was good enough. The staff, especially Elena, at the reception, were kind and supportive.

Nothing not to like.

A second trip is sometimes worth the effort. The staff was much nicer than the first trip, Isabella continues to be the gem of the staff. She always has a friendly greeting and is helpful. The pool continues to be the bright spot for this hotel. Good location near the port with colocated scuba dive center. Breakfast is good, hotel has decent prices for what you get.

Parking is extremely limited and you will need to leave your keys with the attendant so he can move it around to make room. Bathroom was smaller than the first visit, but if your priority is location, this hotel works fine.

You could tell that when it was built, it must have been amazing. Personally I still enjoyed the hotel but it was hilarious as it seems to be stuck in a time-warp. Everything is still in the 1950'S. The decor, the style, the bar - everything! My teenagers did not find it as funny as I did.

There was not bar or room service or even a drink/candy machine. We had to get back in the car and drive to the shops for snacks/drinks. Also there were no little 'bar fridge' for our supplies.

Normal double and reasonably large rooms with the double bed and the shower plus a very large lounge chair, really really nice stay! "Impeccable customer service, including adequate and great breakfasts with cakes, bacon plus an incredible spread.
