Got spacious and luxurious room with good Wi-Fi, very nice decoration, a sofa for relaxing work or business work - always come in handy. Hair dryers, shower caps, and bath sheets were available there. The hotel's location was good, just next door to Bulgaria, and the center `` pedestrian zone ''...

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. The breakfast was delicious and the staff at reception were friendly. The hotel also offers charging stations for electric cars, which is a great feature. The only drawback was that the AC control in my room was not working properly, but everything else was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

Value for money really good! Spacious, well furnished. Maybe the bathroom is not new, but clean, spacious and functional. Despite being almost in the center, not suffering the traffic noise. Good location, with free parking and nice yard. Clean rooms but with small bathroom. Definitelly it is a good 3star hotel - not 4 star as it was advertised through internet. The personel was friendly and the breakfast quite good and rich for its category.

I had a great stay at this luxurious hotel. The rooms were spacious and modern, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The location of this place was in a very good area, surrounded by quiet residential neighborhoods. It was also conveniently close to the historic city center, making it easy to explore the local attractions. The staff here were excellent, providing exceptional service and making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The facilities, including the spa and wellness center, were top-notch. I enjoyed trying out the different treatments and the calm ambiance was perfect for unwinding.

The Whisky Library on the top floor was an amazing experience. They have a wide selection of malts and vintages for whisky tasting. The service was very professional and knowledgeable. A must-visit for any whisky enthusiast. I'll recommend this hotel for its unique offerings and excellent service.

During my stay there were some renewal works, so some services not available. Restaurant not very good. Some smell of kitchen in the room. The bed was made up just with folded bed-clothes but not "ready to sleep".

The room was clean and the bedding was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The location was a bit far from the central area. There were no balconies in the rooms.
