The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread is decent with a variety of options, making for a good start to the day. The hotel boasts modern amenities like a gym and spa.

The television and room telephone in one of the rooms were not working properly.

Great room amenities, convenient location

During my recent business trip, I had a comfortable stay at a certain hotel in Roccaraso. The room amenities were great, featuring a cozy downie and duvet and a functioning television. The hotel's location was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. the friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable.

The emergency green light was also too bright and noisy, making it difficult to sleep. The breakfast offerings were also underwhelming, with limited selection and poor quality.

The surroundings were very picturesque and the landscape offered some beautiful views. the hotel offered a shuttle service which was convenient and saved us time. The on-site restaurant was also a plus, as it saved us from having to venture too far to find a good meal.

The negatives far outweighed the positives during our stay. The amenities were subpar, with dirty duvets and a malfunctioning television.
