The hotel had spacious and comfortable rooms with modern bathrooms. The breakfast offered a good variety of options including fruit, cereal, sweets, scrambled eggs, and bacon. The hotel was conveniently located near the lake, with some rooms having excellent views across the lake towards Sirmione. The staff at reception were extremely helpful and provided information about the local area.

The pool on the rooftop was a bit small, but still provided a nice view of the area. There were a couple of steps in the hotel that could catch you off guard if you're not prepared, such as when entering the hotel or heading from reception to the lift.

Fairly clean place & unobtrusive staff at your service even at 5am. Spacious and designer units with balcony. Awesome and great location, around 4-6 minutes' walk from Cathedral. Also - close enough to train station, and ferry terminal and easy walking distance shops and restaurants, very close to the town centre and bus stop for getting around the lake by public transport.

We where given a standard double room with aircon. The location was excellent and perfect as it was easy walk to a bus stop.

Really enjoyed Desenzano del Garda, the hotel was nicely appointed in front of Garda lake. It was in a stunning and favourable location with a hilltop stone castle nearby.

the family-friendly hotel was exceptional. the breakfast was rich for what was on offer with eggs offered aswell and bacon, for instance. in general, i really enjoyed my a nice size room with a balcony. the venue had convenient and ideal location so close to lake and all amenties, the coast, and the centre of the resort.

All good — we enjoyed this boutique hotel — the food was outstanding and the staff were extremely friendly. The room was designer and modernly furnished with an amazing view to the lake. The location was good right on the edge of the pedestrian area.

The hotel is top-class and reasonably clean, nestled in a very nice boutique building with absolutely breathtaking view of the lake. The venue has designer rooms and especially helpful staff with all services. The location is magnificent and perfect and easy walk to a bus stop. Main street and a castle are close to the property.

Fabulous hotel in a marvellous position perfect right across the lake. Location not far from ski resorts-ideal location, and train station, and ferry terminal.

Incredibly small room.

Spectacular view, rich breakfast options with scrambled egg, bacon plus sweets. Very clean bed in the suite, plus a private safe, a mini-bar and central heating. Location: perfect and convenient, just off the Ferry Port and marina and the mountains beyond.

The location was excellent, right on Lake Garda. Staff were friendly and fluent in English. Quiet and comfortable room. Well-stocked bar with great socialization options. Generous and delicious breakfast. Close walking distance to attractions. Lovely room with balcony and lake view. Great restaurant.
