Exceptionally comfortable beds and central heating, a safe, and multi-channel television. Superb service overall and parking nearby. Not to mention good wifi! Perfect and excellent location, not too far from Cavascura Hot Springs. Also - so close to the beach behind the Parco Smeraldo and restaurants and what to do on the Island.

We had an amazing time at Parco Smeraldo Terme. The location, just steps away from the beach, was perfect for a relaxing vacation. The staff were wonderful and provided excellent service. The hotel and spa facilities were well-maintained and the outdoor pools were a highlight. The breakfast was delicious and the dinner at the hotel was superb. We also appreciated the helpfulness of the concierge in arranging transportation and tickets. I highly recommend this hotel for a beach getaway.

hotel smeraldo is a perfect hotel for relaxing and enjoying the beach, beautiful scenery and excellent food. the staff is delightful and their attention and humor is what made our stay so wonderful.

Breakfast was consistantly good. Service was stellar. They arranged anything & everything you asked. Location, location, location on beautiful Maronti beach.

Only ate one dinner there & not impressed. My only complaint was the rock hard mattress and paper thin pillows- other than that, it was absolutely wonderful! Thank you HPST.

I loved soaking up the sun on the private beach with free umbrellas and towels. The beautiful palm terrace and outdoor thermal pool were fantastic. The Corallium Spa had amazing treatments and facilities. The hotel restaurant served delicious local dishes. I also enjoyed the convenience of having shops and transport nearby.

Who needs a kettle in the room or a selection of easy-to-read books when you can enjoy a luxurious beachfront hotel with everything you need? Such inconveniences are clearly unnecessary.

The air conditioning units in the rooms struggled and were a bit loud at times.

The room at Hotel Parco Smeraldo Terme was super cozy and comfortable, with the comfiest bed I've ever slept on. Loved the air conditioning and the free WiFi, which made my stay even better. The private bathroom was great too, with fancy toiletries and a bidet. I felt like a VIP!

Only thing I wasn't a huge fan of was the shower/tub combination. But hey, that's just my personal preference.
