The manager explained that the junior suite had a better view and the rooms at the Grand Hotel were very quiet.

The service was inconsistent and the coffee…well awful, beds were uncomfortable. Bar food menu was very limited.

The only nice thing about our room was the balcony had a lovely view and the hotel location was perfect for us.
