The outdoor swimming pool at the motel was a heavenly oasis in the tropical gardens, providing a refreshing escape from the Darwin heat. It felt like a slice of paradise, complete with palm trees swaying in the breeze and crystal-clear water to cool off in.

The room was new carpets ANC have been renovated in 2008 and available with laundry and microwave, for example. Had a shower and hair dryers in the bathroom. Greatly enjoyed the stuff, they blew my mind, affable people!

The positives include marvellous and perfect location and parking on site. The place to have dinner a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel is Oka Teppanyaki, truly enjoyed this place.

We had a great two-night stay at Paravista. Clean, comfy room with aircon and a fan. The host was helpful and gave us a ground floor room. Convenient location with a good tavern nearby. Thank you for being accommodating.

The rooms have been refurbished with fresh paint, new carpet, and comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and helpful, and there is an easy after-hours check-in. The hotel is conveniently located within a short walk of the popular Parap market on Saturdays.

This hotel in the Parap neighborhood offers excellent value for money. The prices are exceptional for the Darwin area, especially considering the attention to detail and the renovated rooms with fresh paint, new carpets, and new linen. The location in the inner suburbs, just over 3 km from the center, provides a nice and quiet atmosphere. The staff is friendly and provides exceptional service, going out of their way to accommodate guests' needs. The basic amenities, including the balcony overlooking a tropical garden, add to the pleasant stay experience.

It was in a great position for the beach,shopping,airport and heading south which I done each day. The manager was very helpful and informative,as to where restaurants etc; were.

All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

The cockroaches, ants, over frozen ice-box, dirty carpet, ashtray not emptied; and the dust behind the washing machines and driers - a fire hazard.

Our stay was quite pleasant. The accommodation was affordable and included free Wi-Fi. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. The location was convenient, being in a residential area with easy access to the beach and local eateries. The communal kitchen and laundry were useful. Our room was spacious, with a comfy bed and clean linens.

Some of the fittings in the room were outdated and not fully functional.
