Paramount Plaza Hotel & Suites Gainesville - 盖恩斯维尔

The location is good and the hotel is located on a beautiful lake.

The location is good; it's close to the University of Florida.

My second surpise was the location on the Lake.

Then once we are on our way to the campus the driver informs me that they don't run between 2 and 3:30 pm because of contract work they do with the airport.

At the airport, the shuttle took an hour to get there, even though they told me it would be there shortly.

The rm room was nice but the sheets did not fit the matters, the bed cover was burned the tub was dirty the shower was broken.

My room was tasfully decorated, had a fridge and microwave, and a very comfortable bed.

Clean room and a comfy bed for me and my family.

The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms always work and I have never had a technical problem with any room I have stayed.

The bed was very soft with a pillow top mattress, it was one of the most comfortable hotel beds we have stayed in.

Room service, a full restaurant AND bar, a pool and a FABULOUS lake view surrounded by live oaks dripping in moss.

Another good feature is that there is a great restaurant called the sky box that has a great all you could eat seafood buffet on friday it was unreal.

The room service was quick and the food at the restaurant located in the hotel itself was great.

If you want you can go down to the restaurant and enjoy your meal there.

Although we did not eat at the on-site restaurant, I thought the prices were reasonable.

On the first day of our stay we were without hot water for the entire day and the service at the front desk was Great.

Upon arriving to the hotel seem very nice, the staff at the front desk pleasent and helpful, the rooms are fairly quiet.

The front desk staff was always more than happy to make sure I was happy.

There were dead plants in the hall by the elevator, and as we exited the elevator once, housekeeping staff were sitting on the side table, eating.

Fortunately for me the 1st time I got stuck in the elevators an employee was there and I watched him get the elevator going.

The pool aws very large and looked brand new.

Some of the students who were a part of the conference could access the hotel's wireless internet.

The bathroom was exceptionally clean-looking and spotless.

Moreover that service is a big plus and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

The room was nice size and clean but I would not stay here again.

One stay was good, the service there was great and the rooms were clean and quiet.

The staff was friendly, our room was very clean and neat.
