Beautiful communal areas, this hotel is GREAT and the price is indredibly cheap.
Great location near the main plaza and a stylishly renovated historic building.
Plus: the sights are all within a few minutes' walk.
A great colonial city, the hotel room was large as well as the bathroom and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
Also the rooms are nicely decorated in the original style and the staff is very friendly and accommodating.
We had two large beds, wardrobe, table with TV, long couch and fridge.
The staff were attentive, the room we had was very nice and the breakfast was great.
Sucre is a fine city, the service is wonderful - everyone was very attentive and rooms are big and modern.
Moreover staff were friendly and the best meal we had was at the upstairs balconies of the Plaza Restaurant in 25 of May square.
In addition very good buffet breakfast, preserving the magnificent Spanish architecture.
Showers are hot and powerful, the breakfast is very good.
From reception you go into the first courtyard with dining room on one side and small cooking area which prepares the room service menu.
The front desk staff were friendly and helpful and always had a much better idea of where our three boys were than we did.
Free internet service, a breakfast buffet that might not be amazing but, for sure, is above Bolivian standard and friedly staff rounded up my experience at this hotel.
Reception is off the road and has a cosy sitting area on one side with antique furniture and reception desk on the other with a beautiful icon of the Virgin Mary behind.
Receptionists had reasonable English and were always friendly and helpful.
There is also access to a roof terrace with views across Sucre.
There was nowhere to use the computer but an extra table and chair were provided for us when we asked.
