Comfortable hotel with the sea view. Very welcoming staff in the whole property. Satisfactory breakfast, large room. Lots of food available in the restaurant. Beautiful and excellent location, very nice area, not far from the islands Parador, high mountains, desert like volcanic areas, intimate swimming spots, great hiking trails under fragrant pine trees, and which appeared under-staffed. What a nice stay, no complains at all.

A Peaceful Getaway in Beautiful Surroundings

I had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel in stunning landscaped gardens. The communal areas had a lovely colonial feel, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the tranquility. The gardens were a delight to explore, with a variety of plants to discover. The hotel's proximity to a local bus stop made it easy to venture into Santa Cruz for some sightseeing. Although there weren't many facilities within walking distance, I rented a car for a couple of days to explore the island further. The restaurant served high-quality food, and the breakfast was well managed. The homemade biscuits were a delightful treat. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a restful and calming retreat in a beautiful setting.

Have visited several Paradors in the past, and felt that the food in the restaurant did not compare favourably. There was nothing wrong with the service.

Very interestingly located with its own botanical garden. Lots of space, stylish colonial rooms. Quiet, ideal for spending a couple of days outside of city noise. Beatiful ocean view. Within 10 minutes drive (~6 euro) to the charming capital of the island - Santa Cruz. Great cuisine with regional specialties.

It's a pity you need to use a car/taxi to get out of the hotel. I may have missed a bus service though. Second minor thing is that the staff at the reception do not speak much English - but I was able to communicate in the end.

The units are quiet, fine. Food options are freshly made.

Excellent Hotel on a beautiful Island. Very relaxing and enjoyable break. Breakfast although a little pricey was also very good. Staff were pleasant & helpful, our first time in a Parador hotel, we will definitely look to stay in more in the future. You need a car if you intend to do any travelling but its only approximately 7 euros for a taxi to the main city, Santa Cruz.

Nestled in the hills and not far from the airport and capital, this hotel provides fantastic views and a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with everything you might need. The gardens are stunning and perfect for a walk. The friendly staff provides excellent service and the breakfast is lovely.

The restaurant service can be improved and sometimes understaffed.

We liked the cleanliness and the fact that the hotel had a proper central heating system, which was needed during the cold evenings and nights during our trip in March.

The rooms are very noisy due to thin walls. You can hear every movement and conversation from both neighbours. We were kept awake by conversations, douche noises and loud snoring the whole night. Further, there were no coffee/tea making facilities in the room.

Location, facilities, good restaurant with good food and service

Some of the staff at the front desk did only speak a little bit English, the pool was only open from 11am till 5pm
