The hotel was high-class and intimate with amazing location close to the beautiful centre of the city and the walls and fortifications, cafes and restaurants and a marvellous looking old castle, right in the middle of the old town. The staffs were pleasant & excellent. Good service was provided.

The restaurant was comfortable which serves high quality food for dinner, I tried excellant dishes. The bed was very comfy and the balcony had splendid views over the town and the valley. The location was excellent, around 4-6 minutes' walk from Cathedral of Santa Maria. I appreciated to be there and will be back.

The units were a nice size with lovely linen.

We had new-fashioned standard queen room with good beds, grubby bathroom, for example.

Make sure you stay in the standard double room with lovely linen, nice view, for instance. The employees are friendly attentive and efficient.

I recently stayed at Parador De, a beautiful castle in the heart of the old city. The spacious and clean rooms were a delight. Although the wifi didn't work well in our room, we didn't mind as we were able to walk along the castle walls and enjoy breathtaking views. The staff went above and beyond, accommodating our dog with a bed, food, and bowl. The hotel is conveniently located near cafes and offers ample parking. I was impressed by the excellent service and attention to detail.

Would recommend this hotel.

Location was great - we were able to explore the lovely surrounding area easily. The room was quite lovely with lots of charm. The historic elements gave it an edge that other hotels may not possess.

We were disappointed in the quality of the restaurant. The food was underwhelming and overpriced.

A historic Parador. The usual good service at a Parador and a good location.

In general Paradors need to update the room facilities a little. In our experience the beds are often hard. However, updating has to be balanced with the history of most Paradors.
