The building is very well maintained. The rooms are romantic with a Jacuzzi, 2 plush queen beds, nice pillows, and good amenities. The breakfast is above average. The location is stunning, very close to Ventu restaurant. Fantastic fine dining experiences in the restaurants.

The staff are helpful. The hotel is amazing and with a gorgeous location adjacent to the airport, beachfront, and all restaurants. The rooms are brand-new and updated with a view of the resort, 2 plush queen beds, and nice pillows. Excellent service and the food is good.

The staff is being amazingly attentive. The rooms are romantic and generally offer a safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a mini fridge bar.

The venue has great location to a local supermarket on his break. Moreover, it is next to the fantastic fine dining experiences in the restaurants, an amazing beach, and fountains. The room is spacious and there are PLEASANT views of the sea.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure I had a great experience. The location was right on the beach, and even though not all rooms had a beach view, I still enjoyed the proximity to the beautiful sandy shores. There were plenty of daily activities to participate in, such as water aerobics and mixology classes. I also joined the excursions organized by the hotel, including a thrilling party boat and deep sea fishing trip. The food at the hotel was absolutely incredible, with a wide range of options available at the buffet. I loved how easy and convenient it was to dine there.

That the reception didn't know how to give me the correct information about the reservation for the New Year's dinner. reason for my stay, as well as that of my guests, relatives who live some in the United States and others in Europe, was the New Year's dinner, reception staff misinformed me, thus putting in a very difficult situation the impression I wanted to give them of the good name of their hotel; because they told me that the dinner that night had to be booked, that it was until 4 PM, we arrived at 3:45 PM, reservation staff had already left when they called from reception. At the reception they told us that we could go to the buffet for dinner which would be open and that we could go there for dinner without a reservation. we arrived at the buffet restaurant it was closed, because there was a gala dinner in another place, to have dinner there in the gala place, in any other place, that night we had to have a previous reservation. That was the impression that your hotel gave to my guest relatives. I paid for one night the sum of. US$2, 565. 00, for one night only for 5 adults and one minor, thinking that we could enjoy a gala dinner to bid farewell to the year as has been my custom every December 31st for more than 20 consecutive years.

The staff here is very loyal and attentive, and we had a great time at the pool bar. The service we received was exceptional every time we interacted with them.

I was located in room 3437, and I could see the humidity so high that accumulated the room, it feels so much. I spent much time sneezing and taking anti-allergic. Also, the internal corridors do not have enough light. The staff was aggressive.

Must have more fun, such as a game room, a billiard, domino game, card game, i.e. entertainment games.

I had a great time at this place, the beach was beautiful, the staff were friendly and everything was just right.
